Back in March I let you know about a really cool Facebook client built on Silverlight that you can run from the desktop. At the time the Silverlight Client was a beta release and Silverlight was the release candidate of version 4.

Well thanks to Tim Heuer we find out that the final RTW (release to the web) version of Silverlight 4 is now available for us to upgrade to. As well the Silverlight Facebook Client has been updated to work with the new release of Silverlight and is available to install.

You will first need to make sure that you have Silverlight 4 installed (4.0.50401.0) and if not then install it with one simple click. If you had the beta of the Silverlight Facebook Client installed first uninstall and then head over to the app page and click to install.

Voila – you’re done.
