I spend a lot of time in front of my computer. From the time when I first started using and running bulletin board service up until now as a blogger the Windows desktop has been one of my constant companions.
Through the years I have seen the Windows interpretation of the desktop metaphor change and improve, and sometimes not improve. It has also been one of my many theme I write about when it comes to Windows and Microsoft.
While Windows 7 is a nice improvement over what Microsoft did with the desktop in Vista there is still one big glaring area where the desktop falls down on its face.

Well with out testing your patience any further I thought I would pass this along quickly and get on to other other things. One of the nice things bout Windows 7 is the new rotating wallpaper support in Windows 7 themes. Prior to release there were a few of these new them packs available but with the official release of Windows 7 Microsoft has kicked it up a notch with a bunch of new packs.
While there are the typical photograph style wallpaper themes being added there is also a bunch of sponsored theme packs. Among the available sponsored themes are ones from: Coke-Cola, Pepsi, Ducati, Gears of War, and the movie Avatar.

I love great quality wallpapers and in Windows 7 with it’s built-in wallpaper rotating having even more wallpapers is almost a given. There are a lot of really good wallpaper sites out there but like all good things there is always room for one more.
