I am a big fan of the Torchlight series and currently playing my way through Torchlight II (and enjoying immensely) so the idea that one of the favorite characters from the recently released Borderlands 2 (another favorite) is a hidden Easter egg in Torchlight II.

According to several Redditors you can crack this Easter when you enter a specific command in the game’s console. Currently you can summon a specific monster in Torchlight II by typing “unit monstername, x” or “monster monstername, x” (without the quotes) where the monster name is the name of the monster type you want to summon.

So what is the Easter egg in Torchlight II?

Well if you type “unit claptrap,1″ (no quotes) you will summon up Borderlands 2′s friendly Claptrap robot – which you can see in the video from YouTuber pronstorestiffi:
