My workplace is allowing me to pursue my interests at more leisure (translation: there's less going on and they want me to cut down on my hours)

So I thought I'd give my webmastering abilities another go and maybe manage to generate some side income.

my problem is that my skills are rusty. I've done next to nothing in the field in 2.5 years.

Can anyone recommend sites/books that can help me catch up? I'm not looking to become an .net or silverlight programmer, but need a refresher course, of sorts.
