List of Linux distro's

Given that a lot of folks are wanting to start playing around with Linux I thought that creating an easy to find list of available distros would be helpful.

I will maintain the list as part of this post and will add to it based on your suggestions posted as replies. What I would like as part of the info is:

1. Name of distro
2. Valid url to distro homepage along with a url to its download page
3. Rate it - 1 to 10 - for newbie ease of use (10 being the easiest)

Steven, some linux distros are so difficult to install that I've not gotten to the ease of use part.

1. Simply Mepis
2. http://www.mepis.org/
-Download mirrors, http://www.mepis.org/node/1462
3.Ease of use and installation-10. Very easy!

Sabayon is looks nice, plays nice. Gives a real good experience for those who who have never used Linux. lots of features to make the Windows user feel at home. Ubuntu was a little too plain for my liking. Installing apps from the catalog wss easy.
