    Hey there folks

Love this new format eh? Anyway I'm looking to get some soft that records my skype calls. I've tried total recorder and ifree recorder but neither worked well. I see there is:
    'Skype Recorder 1.7'
'Pretty May Call Recorder for Skype'
    'Skype Recorder'
    'Supertintin Skype Video Call Recorder'
    and the list goes on...

Anybody have any recommendations? Anybody use any of these?

    Thanks for the input!
I'll let you know which I find works/doesn't work!

Callburner - http://www.callburner.com/ (Windows) IT says it is also a 'purchase' package but I have been using it for free for months.

Oh and thank you for the nice words about the new layout - it is greatly appreciated

Use care recording calls, it may be illegal if done without the other person's knowledge and permission.

What matters is not the years in one's life but the life in one's years.

I definitely love the format Steven. I'm sure that after a year or two it will look tired but for now it's refreshing.
Thanks for the callburner tip, I looked at that one but the 30 day limitation made me skip it. If the deadline isn't enforced then it's perfect.

Though I have to say that I've used ifree for a few calls today and it's working well. On the first call it crashed after 2:30 of recording, so I thought it was maybe crippleware, but subsequent calls have gone over that time so maybe it was an anomaly.

Nate: I def agree, so far i've just been archiving vm's (I hate how they disappear after 5 days).

    Thanks guys

Here's a quick update on my experience. The Callburner soft was great - worked perfect every time. But yes the evaluation period ended and once this happens you cannot record calls (only between callburner users). So I reverted to using iFree Skype recorder, and it crashed when recording - but updating to the latest version seems to have solved this. I've only used it a few times though so YMMV.

    Hope this helps someone!
