Creating folders in NVU/Kompozer

I"m taking a class this afternoon in using NVU. I'd like to sort of do a site like dogshots in NVU, just to see if I can.

The way I have it structured in Front page is the following:
1-I make an index page with the class names on it\
2-I then make an empty folder, one for each class
3-I then use Breeze Browser Pro to make html web galleries that I dump in the folders i made in step 2.

I can't figure out how to make folders in NVU. Or how to import folders from outside.

Any suggestions? I've googled quite a bit, haven't found anything that addresses the issue.

I've googled and found out that Kompozer seems to be a newer more robust version of NVU. I"m going to give it a try.
