Talk to one of the bosses, either Steven of Callow and get yourself an oldtimer tag (if they deem appropriate of course)
and get Cage access, we all get in there and get under each others skin and call each other bad names etc, but we also all forget everything in the cage when we step back to the "moderated" areas
