My 15 year old son ordered some sneakers from Supra and received quick delivery (the company is only about 40 miles away) but when he opened the box the wrong, and less expensive, shoes were inside. The box was labeled for what he wanted. Paperwork included a UPS return label and instructions. I talked to customer service who assured me that if we got the package picked up that evening he would get the correct shoes by Monday. He immediately received an email with more instructions and we dropped off the package a at 5pm.
Today he received a call that all was well and they might be able to ship today for Friday delivery! That's good service indeed.
