Winextra's video provider is banned banned by France's ISP?

I doubt it. My wife's on a different ISP, and I can't display the Daily Brief on her computer either. It would be the very first time two ISP's in France agreed on anything… except possibly on how to rip the clients off

Have you tried clearing out your temporary files, cache and flash cache?

Your flash cache can be found under something like:
C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\#######

Look for the website's name there and delete the folder.

That will reset that site's cache.

I use CCleaner everyday (it's set to run at login time). It knows where the Macromedia/Adobe temp objects are stored and clears them away.
