I have all of my contacts imported into Outlook 2007. While in WLM, I put the mailing list # in the company field. So now in Outlook 2007 if I look at my contacts by company, they are separated into contra list 1, contra list 2, etc. My question now is, how do I get those company lists into distribution lists? Or even if I could send out an email by just selecting the company, that would work. Joe (it's late now, going to bed) PS. The problem with just adding members to a distribution list is that the company field doesn't show up, so I'm back to now knowing who goes in which list...
