I'm not an Exchange specialist, but as I remember it any user can delegate specific tasks to another user. Your boss can give his secretary the right to update his calendar but not to read his emails. The Exchange administrator should be able to tell him exactly how. The keyword for this task is "delegation" or "calendar sharing".

Our CEO's email acount is on a secured server, separate from the emails of the rest of us. His secretary needs to update his appointment calendar but he doesn't want her to view his emails.

What currently happens is that she sends the outlook calendar updates to his acount and a trusted person (me) goes in and accepts them.

Is there any way to set up a limited exchange through outlook access so she can update his calendar directly but not view any other data?
