The RJ45 port's first LED only signals a <em>physical</em> connection. I plugged 2 machines into it, one Vista, the other XP. The Vista machine was instant-on, the XP machine refuses to see the connection. The LED on the enthernet port is illuminated, so the switch is working. There is no connection in 'network connections'. Fresh XP Home install.</p> <p>Suggestions? </p>
