			<description>&#60;p&#62;If an admin account on our Vista box is pass-protected, which it should be, and you enter the wrong pass X number of times, it seems a windows pops up that permits you to change the password and lets you into the admin account.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;This is MS's idea of security?
