I love being able to share some of the better independent film efforts that are out there, especially if they are science fiction or fantasy related and this low-budget 10 minute sci-fi short called Arrowhead: Signal is one of those films.

The short film is really more of a trailer for a much more ambitious effort by some Australians titled “Arrowhead” which is about an escaped convict/mercenary who finds himself stranded on a planet all by himself and his computer companion. The team behind the film are currently trying to raise capital for the movie on Ponzible (similar to Kickstarter) so if this short film is up your alley and you’d like to them them make a full length movie check out the Arrowhead site and make a donation.
