This excellently done cosplay of a full armor suit for Kat from Halo show what can be done with a whole lot of dedication and talent.

Created by LilTyrant, a member of the 405th Infantry Division forum, the suit took so long because not only did she just have the weekends to work on but unlike a lot of cosplay outfits she built her’s from scratch, including the custom under suit.

Once the undersuit was done she sketched what the armor would look like using in-game images for reference. Using cardboard as the base LilTyrant then applied craft foam in layers to help build the detail that was carved out using an X-acto blade.

Even though it might have taken as long as it did there is no doubt that this is one great looking Halo suit of armor.
