When it comes to North American automobiles the Corvette has always been considered the epitome of what a sports car should be like and any competitor worth their salt has always tried to come up with their own version of a classic North American sports car and compared it to the Corvette.

In 1960 Plymouth came out with a concept vehicle that was meant to be their visualization of a sports car and as cool as it might have looked at the time the XNR Concept never made it pass that stage, which for some car purists was a sad thing.

Right now RM Auctions has the XNR Concept car up for auction and these are some of the images of the car they have on their site.
