I am a pretty major fan of the Civilization video game franchise having played every release from the very beginning and while Civilization 5 may have had its problems it has definitely shaped up to be one of the best so far.
I was a big fan of the first two Diablo games but steered clear of the latest incarnation due to the price and all the problems they are having with the game. That doesn’t mean that I have had to give up my appreciation and game playing time when it comes to RPGs.
True to form, Bungie appears to be working on another great video game title, of which we’ve only seen one trailer and some screenshots, called Destiny.
Okay, let me say this right off the the bat – it sucks that this game; like all of Naughty Dogs games it seems, is strictly for the Playstation 3; and while I will never own a PS3 that doesn’t stop me from admiring what is a beautifully crafted game.
Both Batman: Arkham Asylum and its sequel Batman: Arkham City were both bona fide hits for Warner Bros. Games, out of Montreal, so the question was – could they keep it up with a follow-up game?
I’m not a multi-player type of guy, I figure I embarrass myself bad enough when playing single player shooter type game and I don’t think my ego could survive playing co-op stuff. That said, and if I was a lover of multi-player then FUSE would definitely be on my radar.
Okay … I’ve found my next Father’s Day present, if I had and kids that is and they just happened to be filthy rich, oh and they lived in the UK.
While we have a release date of July 12th, 2013, for Guillermo Del Toro’s Pacific Rim there is no such date yet for the tie-in video game from Japan’s Yuke’s Co. who are better known for its WWE and UFC titles.
