See that machine up there in that image folks – that is every LEGO geeks dream vending machine but even that awesomeness can’t make what this woman has done to her back any less horrifying. I mean really, how can you do that to yourself?
It seems that Microsoft’s 343 Industries, the in-house gaming company that is responsible for all things Halo, decided that they, and us, needed a real treat after the successful launch of Halo 4 so they decided to create a real life Warthog.
While this little gem didn’t come with the greatest amount of storage space (16 GB) any steampunker worth their salt would probably love to get their hands on one of these beautifully crafted USB flash drives made by SlavaTech.
Video games on their own are a rich playground of creativity and fun but all that fun and creativity doesn’t stop when you leave your favorite game. Cosplayers bring the characters of our favorite games to life and as a subset of that whole thing we have the replica makers who craft copies of our favorite weapons we use in those games.
On any given day I come across a lot of stuff that appeals to the geek in me, and my warped sense of humor, but for whatever reason they don’t make it into a full post. However that doesn’t mean that they aren’t worth sharing so I’m going to start posting them in a “Leftover Links” type post – you know, like this one.
I love it when cosplay is done right and there is no getting around it but this awesome Dovahkiin in Daedric Armor is one of the best cosplays yet.
There has been some really great television coming out of Canada lately, especially science fiction (I’m looking at you Continuum) but there is one that we probably won’t be seeing any time soon; and is the perfect example of why ISPs shouldn’t be content producers.
With new seasons for a number of shows heading our way we are starting to see more teaser trailers for fan favorites like The Walking Dead and my favorite Game of Thrones.
