As more info trickles out about what we can expect when Windows Phone 7 is finally released we are seeing tools for developers hitting the download stream and word on some of the services we can expect on the new phones.

One of the more interesting services is geared to providing peace of mind to Windows Phone 7 owners in the event that they lose their phone. Billed as the Find My Phone service it will provide with the tools needed to find their missing phone.

Options include map, ring, lock and erase all of which you will be able to use right from your desktop or laptop.

The best part of this is that the service is free.
