Microsoft going into the cafe business (4 pics)

You gotta give Microsoft some credit for being willing to try different stuff to keep the Windows brand out front in center even if some of them are just dumb. Now I’m not sure where this idea will shake out on the dumb-o-meter when it comes to product promotion but apparently they are going into the cafe business in Paris, France, during the launch of Windows 7.

The Windows Cafe which is opening October 22 for a short life-span of a couple of weeks will be sporting a number of Microsoft products customers can play with while sipping on a Bing Cappuccino and munching a Windows Live Skydrive croissant.
