I probably could have used your expertise last week, when my two-month old computer suddenly starting doing strange things and running really slow. The problem turned out to be a hard disk failure, but Costco's Concierge service (I bought the computer at Costco) and Hewlett-Packard are working on replacing the defective drive.

By the time that I encountered WinExtra, it had already strayed from its original roots. I obviously enjoyed what I read, and continue to subscribe to Shooting at Bubbles, but I look forward to the relaunch of WinExtra. With the forthcoming release of Windows 7, and the continued emergence of netbook solutions, there's obviously a lot to cover in the Windows arena.
