I just spotted this on Ed Bott’s blog and knowing that I have a few readers who are always on the lookout for good free software for specific needs I figured I would pass this along. It appears that Laplink is wanting to celebrate their 25th anniversary by giving away free copies of their premier PCmover software.

PCmover is apparently an easy to use solution for moving programs and setting from PC to PC across a network. As Ed says in his post the PCmover solution is a better program to do this than the built in Windows software that does the same type of thing.
