While much of the blogosphere was going stupid over the fact that Hugh MacLeod killed off his Twitter account because it made it too easy (?) there where other things going on as well. So here are a few of the things that caught my eye in today’s FriendFeed pipeline.
bTittleTattle: A FriendFeed Desktop Application :: SheGeeks - Corvida brings us news of a working desktop client for the FriendFeed service. I’ll be having a look at it later and it isn’t going to be pretty.
Do You Support Video On Flickr? :: TechCrunch - apparently the users of the Flickr service are pissed because they were not consulted before the company that has all the money invested wants to add a new service. So who’s actually running the company?
Improve Your Social Brain by Taking Notes :: Lifehacker - one of the unsung tools of our modern life - taking notes. This is something that as a youngster was a prerequisite for helping to remember anything - now it seems to have become an art. And I’m still looking for a a good quality little app to help me take and keep notes - if you know of any pass them on.
Adobe Air, What’s this now? :: WinExtra - Bill our intrepid software tester and anti Web 2.0 person gives a very brief outline of the what and why of Adobe Air and Microsoft Silverlight which he will expand on I am sure once he drinks some more kool-aid.
User Interface Updates at YouTube :: Google Operating System - a bit of a run down on the interface changes being made at YouTube - where the users aren’t bitching because new stuff is being added.
