Let’s see it is almost 2 hours since my post about my problems with my Yahoo/MyBlogLog account and what do I see in my inbox but an email from John Sampson of Yahoo. At first I was half heartedly expecting some PR type spin about how they were sorry but there was nothing they could do unless I could give them 3 pieces of ID and a pint of blood.
Well I am happy to say I was completely wrong should I have assumed that. Instead what I had was a sincere apology and a simple 3 step fix for me to follow. Which I did with just a slight sense of trepidation but hot damn if it didn’t work. I now have my MyBlogLog account back and usable.
So a very big thanks to John for taking the time to deal with my problem - it is very much appreciated. Oh and what I said about Yahoo sucking monkey balls .. I take that back
