Quick Thoughts for 1.29.08
Jan 29th, 2008 | By Steven Hodson | Category: PipelineI love developing software - even the small insignificant things like TwitBox - the only problem is that if I get into a really good groove where everything is going well I totally lose track of where the day is going. Conversely when the code sucks I do everything to run and hide from it. The last few days working on the next version of TwitBox (WPF) in the groove stage and I hope it stays there even if I do forget that I should be reading and blogging
Anonymous Hackers Track Saboteur, Find and Punish the Wrong Guy :: Ryan Segal - just goes to show that not all the stupid rabid idiots hang out on digg.com. As far as I am concerned the one’s causing this man and his family all this terror should be hunted down and prosecuted.
Facebook, be afraid. Be very, very afraid :: Rob Hyndman - Rob puts it short and sweet. So short and sweet the complete one line post is this: "Something I’ve heard said several times in recent weeks: “Since I started using Twitter, I’m never on Facebook anymore”.
The Ted Kennedy Kiss Of Death, Er, Endorsement :: Edward Morrissey - I so thought the exact same thing when I read that headline.
So Who Will Spread The Word That There Aren’t Influentials? :: Mike Masnick - As much as the whole A-List thing can be a real pain the ass but Mike makes some good points in his post.
