I use twitter for posting links -- that's pretty much it. With Facebook I put things on my profile but I don't spam newsfeeds except for new blog posts. (or at least, I think I don't... Facebook privacy settings are a nightmare) I do crosspost between my delicious saves and stumbleupon quite a bit... but I sincerely doubt anyone is following those in RSS. Yeah, it’s a question of trying to find a happy medium.
